We have concluded all of our 2007 State and Local elections. We had a very successful election for our Statewide offices, the GOP now holds 7 out of 8 statewide seats. This is a huge step for the Republican Party in Mississippi. I would like to take a moment to congratulate all of our re-elected and newly elected officials statewide, and locally. Thanks to diligent efforts from our local volunteers we saw great things happen this election cycle, however, we still have lots of work ahead in the coming year as we elect our Commander and Chief. If we make the same effort in our national election we can see the same kind of positive results as we have in the Statewide and local elections.
